Because mental health is not only the absence of mental disorders but a state of well-being through which we can fully accomplish ourselves as individuals. It is therefore essential to talk about it and eliminate the stigma associated with it. Together, let’s support research to help us better understand our mental health.

Although mental health disorders are less taboo than they were 10 years ago, many people with mental health problems are still stigmatized, judged and isolated. And so are their loved ones. I myself was a sufferer of generalized anxiety throughout my adolescence. Today, I want to contribute to the cause and raise awareness among the people around me by getting involved in an organization that makes a difference!
